The Apartment
Persian is arranged over two floors. Downstairs: living room, kitchen, a separate dining room and a bathroom. Upstairs: two bedrooms, a second bathroom, and a games room that most apartments this size would have turned into a box room.
The separation of floors is the useful part — the people who want to keep talking and the people who want to sleep are not in the same space. Heated floors throughout.
What you get
- Duplex over two floors
- Games room
